Tommy Sedgwick, a fell runner who has triumphed several times at Grasmere Sports, in the Senior Guides fell race, and who won three times between 1969 and 1979, coming second on 8 other occasions, to current record holder, Fred Reeves, who set the record in 1978. Tommy is shown in his new role as the Grasmere Sports Bellman - the person who opens the Grasmere Lakeland Sports and Show with a ringing of the bell.
