CASE STUDY – Nicola Bowerman, HR Manager at Grand Union Housing Group

Nicola Bowerman, aged 46, from Bedfordshire, lost her mum Valerie last year to mouth cancer. Because it happened so quickly (within 6 months of diagnosis), and she felt more could've been done if it wasn't for Covid, Nicola was overcome with anger and grief which caused terrible nightmares and she dreaded going to sleep.
