Grovy Developers has unveiled plans to present its newest luxury project at the International Real Estate & Investment Show, to be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 12 to 14 September. At the event, Grovy Developers Spotlights Smart-Tech Real Estate will detail investment opportunities in the increasingly vibrant UAE property sector, with Abhishek Jalan, chief executive, offering insights into real estate’s financial appeal amid surging market activity.

IREIS 2025 marks the event’s 14th edition and is expected to draw over 2,000 attendees from across the globe. It features an immersive programme including exhibitions, advisory booths and conference sessions focused on emerging themes such as golden visa reforms, fractional ownership, digital investment and smart city planning. Grovy Developers joins as a silver sponsor, lending weight to its strategy to connect with investors at this expanding real estate platform.

Current market data underscores just how opportune the timing is: UAE real estate transaction volumes topped Dh239 billion in the first quarter of 2025, with Golden Visa-linked foreign property investments potentially totalling Dh400 billion from 200,000 approvals in 2024. Abu Dhabi alone saw a 34.5 per cent increase in transaction value to Dh25.3 billion across nearly 6,900 deals in Q1, reflecting strong domestic traction.

Grovy’s flagship development, Coral Isle by Grovy, is built around smart-home and smart-building innovations, integrating Wi-Fi-connected appliances and building systems from the design stage. Features include predictive maintenance to reduce operational costs, automated climate control and scalable infrastructure that anticipates future retrofit needs. Jalan emphasises that homes designed with smart technology “command premium pricing and attract quality tenants, translating to stronger rental yields and improved asset performance”.

At IREIS 2025, Grovy will showcase investment options related to Coral Isle and Dubai Islands at Booth C42 in Centre Hall 5. Attendees can explore financing plans, project specifications and in-depth investment analyses, as well as engage directly with the development team. Jalan said the firm aims to connect with potential investors, partners and peers, and “share our insights on investment opportunities and Grovy’s latest project – and to connecting with investors, partners, and peers at IREIS 2025.”

With the UAE’s property market showing continued momentum—supported by investor demand, international migration incentives and technological integration—Grovy aims to position itself at the nexus of smart development and capital opportunity. By embedding advanced systems from inception, the company hopes its offerings will stand out in both pricing and long-term performance, tapping into an asset class aligned with urban growth and investor expectations.
