SweetcHome, a personalized property matchmaking platform in the UAE, has announced a 132% increase in monthly user sign-ups. This significant growth was observed in June and July, shortly after the platform’s launch. SweetcHome leverages AI technology to simplify the real estate search process for home seekers. Landlords and agents can also join the platform, where they are paired with vetted, qualified customers. Recently, the company facilitated the first “home switch” in the UAE, enabling two tenants under current leases to swap homes.

Since its inception, SweetcHome has seen a fivefold increase in landlords and real estate agents signing up for its services, highlighting a growing demand for more efficient real estate solutions. Unlike traditional public listing sites, SweetcHome provides a private, secure, and professional environment for the agent and landlord community. Its matchmaking service simplifies property promotion and reduces the need for numerous viewings, allowing for quicker deal closures.

The platform recorded a fourfold increase in property registrations from June to July, with most properties located in popular areas such as Dubai Marina, JLT, JBR, JVC, The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes, The Greens, and Business Bay. Currently, tenants looking to switch homes account for 10% of all matchmaking inquiries.
