Notably, she was the only female CEO to lead a domestic energy supplier during the recent energy crisis, navigating the collapse of 30+ competitors without compromising on commitments to fairness, gender balance, or innovation. Under her leadership, So Energy achieved a 28% improvement in gender diversity, launched a first-of-its-kind supply chain diversity initiative, and supported robust internal promotions during a challenging period.
