Alpha-Pose Letter Yoga

Children practise their ABCs while doing the child-friendly yoga poses shown on the Alpha-Pose Letter Yoga from Learning Resources. One side of the card shows the upper and lowercase letter along with an illustration of a child posing in the shape of the letter. The other side of the card shows the upper and lowercase letters as well as a photo of a child doing a yoga asana inspired by that letter e.g. C is for cobra pose. There is also a slow rise sun squishy which helps children build mindfulness through tactile sensory play. The cards store inside the metal tin when the learning fun is over.
