Parc Eirin

Parc Eirin, Tonyrefail with Pobl Group and Tirion Homes. This 15-acre site at the head of the Ely Valley will cater for 225 affordable homes for rent and sale. The project is on site from late spring 2019 and is the host site for funding from the Welsh Government Innovative Housing Programme and UK government funding for domestic Demand Side Response. The scheme is the UK pilot for Western Power’s trial of three phase power into homes, and is believed to be the largest new build example of this in the UK.
