TVC Technology Solutions combines high-brightness window displays, digital signage infrastructure and bespoke creative content for new Northampton venue.
Bolton, 21st October 2026 - TVC Technology Solutions has completed an integrated digital signage project for Future Leisure’s Royal Casino Slots in Northampton. The project brings together commercial display installation by TVC and creative content design and management by the company’s Digital Display Design studio content arm. The installation has delivered an engaging, eye-catching presence on Northampton’s prime Abington Street.
The project centres on four 75-inch Philips 4K Ultra HD high-brightness displays installed in portrait orientation across the venue’s window frontage. Delivering 3,000cd/m² brightness, the commercial screens are designed to maintain visibility in demanding daylight conditions, while ambient light sensors automatically adjust output as conditions change. Rated for 24/7 operation, the displays provide a prominent, flexible platform for the venue’s changing promotions.
Rather than treating screen hardware and the messages appearing on it as separate briefs, TVC managed the installation and creative delivery as parts of the same project. Its Digital Display Design Studio (DDD) developed a coordinated suite of Royal Casino Slots content, designed specifically for the installed screens and the way customers would encounter them.
The DDD creative team first established the venue’s priorities, brand assets and calls to action. Window-facing artwork uses bold headlines, high-impact imagery and restrained motion to communicate immediately to passing pedestrians. Inside, content promotes refreshments, gaming and sign-up offers, including a QR-code-led call to action. Consistent black-and-gold styling helps unite the different messages under the Royal Casino Slots identity.
“This project illustrates why we think about what a screen needs to achieve, not just where it needs to go,” said Andy Greaves, Divisional Sales Director at TVC Technology Solutions. “We knew the installation had to make an impact on a busy high street, but the real value comes from pairing the right display technology with content designed for that exact environment. Bringing our AV and creative expertise in hospitality together meant the finished system could work as one cohesive solution from day one.”
Behind the displays, WyreStorm HDMI distribution equipment, signal extenders and dedicated Cat6 cabling provide the connectivity needed to serve the screen network. Custom B-Tech floor-to-ceiling double-pole mounts support the four portrait displays without depending on a wall directly behind each screen. Two MySign digital signage hardware and software packages provide the playback and cloud-based content management platform.
TVC and the DDD team collaborated on preparing the artwork and motion assets for the screens target resolutions and orientations, then uploaded and scheduled them through MySign across the external and internal signage players. The joined-up approach brought screen specification, infrastructure, content creation and deployment into a coordinated delivery process.
“An impressive display is only half the story,” added Greaves. “Content needs to be legible, relevant and designed around how people use the space. Our installation knowledge in the hospitality sector gives the creative team a practical understanding of screen formats, viewing conditions and playback requirements, helping the customer get more from the investment.”
The result is a flexible digital signage platform that allows Royal Casino Slots to refresh its messages as promotions develop, while maintaining a consistent presentation across the venue. For TVC, the project demonstrates the benefits of combining commercial AV engineering and specialist content creation within a single delivery team.
