Celebrating 30 years of leading garden ladders: Henchman marks milestone at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2024

Leading garden ladder specialist Henchman will celebrate its 30th birthday at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2024. 

The much-loved British brand, first made its inaugural product the Wheeled Henchman in 1994, will mark the milestone with live topiary demonstration, an exclusive show discount, and a first look at its new Henchman Lifting Harness.

To kick off the celebrations, the team will be joined by hedge and topiary specialist, Andy the Hedge Barber, who will be giving a live topiary demonstration on the first day of the week-long event. Pruning a 10ft cloud topiary tree supplied by Creepers Nursery, the art is set to inspire visitors throughout the show to enter Henchman’s inaugural Henchman Topiary Awards.

The awards, which are open until 31st May 2024, have been designed to celebrate the art of topiary and recognise those who demonstrate exceptional skill, creativity, and passion in shaping and maintaining incredible living sculptures. An esteemed panel of topiary experts and horticulturalists will reveal the winners at RHS Hampton Court Festival later this year.

Located on stand WA184 Western Avenue, visitors will be able to browse its range of multi-award winning Fully Adjustable Tripod Ladders, which launched last summer. The newly introduced Henchman Lifting Harness, designed to keep gardeners safe and comfortable while working by taking the weight of heavy garden tools, will also be available on the stand.
