GAME ON: LEAMINGTON SPA SET TO WELCOME GAMEFINITY TO THE TOWN CENTRE

A completely new concept is coming to Leamington Spa: Gamefinity, an immersive social experience where competition and connection with friends and family is reimagined.

Work is underway in an expansive 5,000 sq ft location in Regent Court, to transform the venue into a destination of state-of-the-art interactive sport experiences, plus karaoke booths. The ambitious undertaking is set to expand socialising options in the centre of town.

From interactive shooting, and scoring a triple 20, hitting a six, or a hole in one, to landing the first five in a penalty shoot-out, there is something for everyone to raise their game to another level. Gamefinity will get the blood pumping in an active social environment for family and friends, unlike anything else Warwickshire has to offer.

More of a spectator? Gamefinity will be showing key sports events on its large screens, so grab a bite to eat and enjoy the bar, while absorbing the fun-fuelled, gaming atmosphere.

Gamefinity is the brainchild of business partners Jo Whitby and Laura Sylvester who have successfully run the Escape Rooms in Leamington for over seven years together. Committed to launching the venue in the town centre, the duo undertook extensive research into the competitive socialising landscape, have ambitious plans and will incorporate their own creative touches to elevate the experience.

Jo explains: “Competitive socialising is the latest fresh approach to a fun day, or night out. Gamefinity is a fusion of simulators and physical games in an energised environment. We’re excited to bring the concept to Warwickshire and are inviting people to experience something quite different, enjoy a drink and some food and immerse themselves in a high-octane competitive experience right in the heart of Leamington Spa.”

Laura continues: “Since lockdown, there has been a significant shift in the popularity of interactive experiences. Competitive socialising combines the excitement of games and activities with the social aspect of going out to a bar. People are looking for more from a night out, and Gamefinity will deliver a completely fresh experience.”

Gamefinity, invites you to get your game on in the heart of Leamington Spa from August 2024. The venue will be adults only after 7pm and available to hire for corporate events.
