With the aim of adding many healthy years to their guests’ lives, Lanserhof’s cardio check-up package focuses on preventing cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Through a personalised exercise and nutrition programme, Lanserhof will show guests how to drastically reduce their risk of these illnesses, often without taking medication.  

The package includes: 

- 1 Cardio Check 

- 1 HOLTER ECG + blood pressure & oxygen saturation measurement (including sleep apnoea screening)  

- 1 Lab diagnostic (routine lab, supplementary profile cardiology)  

- 1 bioimpedance analysis & discussion of findings  

- 1 cell gym first appointment  

- 2 cell gym sessions 

- 1 infusion cell energy
