From this month, all Mitchell & Brown retailers will now be serviced directly by the brand’s own experienced in-house executive sales team.
BOLTON, June 2023 - Mitchell & Brown retailers across the country will now benefit from the brand’s in-house sales and support team. The move further bolsters the independent retail partnerships the brand has built since its launch in 2016 and continues the brand’s strategy to offer the very best customer support in the TV business.
With its TV range previously sold to many independent retailers through Big Red Sales, Mitchell & Brown will now deal directly with all its retail customers. Mitchell & Brown continually strive to improve retailer relations, product offering and customer service, and their recent retailer questionnaire has gained a fantastic response with many new initiatives being introduced over the coming months to complement their new and improved website and increased marketing budget to help promote the brand and its retailers. The team, headed up by Dan Brown, Rob Greenlees, and Steve Chappell, will be expanded to ensure the brand’s direct sales and support lines, technical help and consumer customer services will be available to all Mitchell & Brown retailers.

Since its launch in 2016, Mitchell & Brown has established itself as the independent retailer’s TV brand of choice and sells exclusively through the independent retail channel. From a humble range in 2016, the 2023 line-up includes models from small-screen bedroom TVs to flagship large-screen 4K UHD QLED smart TVs that compete directly with the ‘big four’ TV brands.
