Bicester (UK), Monday 12 May, 2025— Dalcour Maclaren has been reappointed to Severn Trent Water and Hafren Dyfrdwy’s Land and Planning Service Framework for AMP8, securing a key role in the delivery of essential water and wastewater services over the next five years. The consultancy will continue its long-standing partnership with both companies, building on a successful track record during AMP7.
The new agreement sees Dalcour Maclaren reappointed to Lot 1, delivering new and improved assets for customers, and named sole supplier for Lot 2, covering the maintenance of water and waste networks, as well as developer services connections.
Sam Catling, Director at Dalcour Maclaren, said:
“This is a fantastic vote of confidence in our team. We’re proud to continue supporting Severn Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy as trusted partners, bringing our expertise in land, planning and statutory processes to help deliver critical infrastructure that communities rely on.”

Leo Conway, Land & Planning Business Lead at Severn Trent, said:
“We’re pleased to continue working with Dalcour Maclaren as part of our AMP8 framework. Their understanding of our business and proactive approach has consistently helped us deliver projects efficiently and effectively.”
