Morr & Co continues to invest in its growing private client practice with the appointment of partner Michael Charalambous, the latest in a series of senior hires as demand for complex private wealth advice continues to rise.

Michael, who will be based in the firm's Wimbledon office, specialises in advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex wills, trusts and succession planning, helping clients preserve wealth across generations.

The announcement comes as the firm’s private client team was ranked Band 2 in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2026, with four partners receiving individual recognition.

Michael’s appointment follows the recent arrival of international private client partner Dennis Phillips, with the firm also set to welcome a senior associate solicitor to the team this autumn.

Morr & Co celebrated 20 key promotions earlier this year as it continues to expand across Surrey, Hampshire and London. The firm’s dispute resolution - contentious trusts & probate practice was also recognised as a Potential ranked team in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2026.

The appointments reflect growing demand as clients' personal, family and financial affairs become increasingly complex.

Catherine Fisher, managing partner at Morr & Co, said: "We're delighted to welcome Michael to Morr & Co as we continue to grow the firm and strengthen our private client offering. He is an exceptional lawyer whose technical expertise and commitment to client service make him an excellent fit for both our team and our culture.

“Attracting talented people is central to our long-term strategy, and Michael's appointment reflects our continued investment in delivering outstanding advice for clients with increasingly complex personal and family affairs."

Previously at Knights, Michael brings significant experience advising individuals and families across a broad range of private client matters, from estate planning to probate and inheritance tax mitigation.

He is ranked Up and Coming in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2026 and is a recommended lawyer in Legal 500 for his work in personal tax, trusts and probate. Michael is also a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

Michael added: “I'm excited to be joining Morr & Co at such a positive point in the firm's growth. The private client team has built an outstanding reputation, and I'm looking forward to contributing to its continued success.

“It's a great opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues across the business and help clients navigate important personal and financial decisions with practical, straightforward advice."

Morr & Co has offices in Surrey, Hampshire and London. Its private client team advises on wills, trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters, as well as international asset protection and support for elderly and vulnerable clients.
