Boundless, the membership club for public sector and civil service workers, has launched on employee benefits and rewards platform Perkbox, making it easier for eligible users to access savings, experiences and opportunities that help them make the most of life outside work.
Available to current and retired public sector and civil service workers, Boundless membership brings together savings on everyday spending with days out, cultural attractions, events and experiences. Members can also access offers across dining, shopping, travel and motoring, helping their household budgets and free time go further.
By making Boundless available through an established employee benefits platform, the partnership gives employers a simple way to add a relevant benefit for eligible employees through a channel their workforce already uses.
It is particularly relevant to organisations employing people across the NHS and healthcare, education, emergency services, local and central government, the armed forces and other public service roles. For HR and reward teams, the addition extends the value of employee benefits beyond the working day, supporting financial wellbeing and a full life outside work.
Colin Slinn, CEO of Boundless, said: “People who spend their working lives in public service deserve to enjoy rewarding leisure time outside work. That has been at the heart of Boundless for more than 100 years. Launching on Perkbox makes it easier for eligible employees to discover and access experiences, savings and communities that help them make the most of their free time.
“For employers, this is about adding a benefit that feels genuinely relevant to their people. It supports financial wellbeing, encourages a healthy life beyond work and complements the benefits platform they already have in place.”
Charlotte Atkinson, Head of Partnerships at Perkbox, said: “Employee benefits have the greatest impact when they are relevant, easy to access and give people meaningful choice. Adding Boundless to Perkbox gives eligible public sector and civil service employees access to a distinctive range of savings, experiences and opportunities for their free time, all through the platform they already use.”
The Perkbox launch comes as Boundless accelerates its B2B strategy. It follows the rollout of Boundless Plus membership to all 80 employees at V&A Dundee, alongside partnerships which include the Charity for Civil Servants.
Together, the partnerships are making Boundless easier to access through employers and established benefits and rewards channels, helping more public sector and civil service workers live a full and exciting life outside work.
Boundless membership is open to current and retired public sector workers, including teachers, civil servants and local government employees, as well as members of the armed forces, fire service, NHS, police and more.
