RKW, the powerhouse behind brands such as Tower, Swan and many more, is riding high on the waves of success yet again! The prestigious Excellence In Housewares Awards in London recently crowned RKW with the Excellence in Product Development Award. This victory marks RKW's prowess in innovation, with product ranges such as SmartStart by Tower.
The co-owner, Rob Sutton, expressed his gratitude, saying, "It's an absolute honour to be awarded the Product Development Award. Thank you to every RKW team member, you all played a role in our product development and success in one way or another. Tonight we will celebrate the collective effort of our incredible teams."
RKW and its brands, known for their commitment to excellence, generated an impressive total of 8 award nominations across various categories at the Excellence In Housewares Awards. Among these nominees, SmartStartâ„¢ by Tower stood out, showcasing why RKW deserves the top spot in product development.
But that's not all – RKW recently bagged another accolade, this time for Customer Service Excellence from Mica. Voted for by Mica members, this award recognises RKW's dedication to elevating their customer service across all brands. The customer service team's hard work has not only boosted scores but has also strengthened trust among retailers and customers alike.
