Mrs Crimble’s launches Lemon French Madeleines, extending top-selling range

Mrs Crimble’s, the number one free-from cake brand owned by Ecotone UK, is building on the success of its popular French Madeleines with a new on-trend flavour.
Available now, Mrs Crimble’s Lemon French Madeleines, are a deliciously zesty version of one the brand’s famed formats, Classic French Madeleines. Each pack consists of six light and pillowy sponge cakes served in individual, on-the-go packs.
True to the nature of the brand, each cake is gluten-free. The launch of the new variant is driven by emerging trends, with lemon now the third most popular flavour1 in the cake category.
The range is a strong performer for the brand, doubling its rate of sale year-on-year (Circana - 22 February 25).
Mrs Crimble’s Lemon French Madeleines are available at Tesco stores nationwide, £2.75 RRP.

Earlier this year, the brand also created a lemon flavour of another of its popular cakes with Lemon Macaroons being added to the brand’s growing free-from range.
