26th March 2025, Lemongrass is delighted to announce significant new client wins and company growth, following the delivery of its first Impact Report. The B Corp Travel Communications agency has been selected to represent seven new clients across hotels, resorts, tour operators, and a top travel insurance provider for 2025.
Lemongrass’s new client remit includes the media launches of:
El Nido: Lagen Island is set to unveil its transformation in the summer of 2025 after an extensive renovation. Located in the heart of the Philippines in El Nido, Palawan, Lagen Island is a private island resort surrounded by tropical forest and a turquoise blue lagoon.
Leading the way in responsible travel and mindful island living, the resort will house a state-of-the-art Marine & Biodiversity Discovery Centre. El Nido will invite its guests to be part of the solution in an interactive discovery space where they can learn about the ecosystems that exist not only on Lagen Island but in the Philippines more widely.
Papilio House - Papilio House is a new women’s retreat and sanctuary for transformation, relaxation, and personal growth, set within a private estate in the Cotswolds. Launching with two retreats in September 2025, Papilio House offers a peaceful and private escape, providing a luxury space to unwind and reconnect.
Surrounded by 320 acres of beautiful countryside, a core range of tailored activities and therapies, including yoga, creative workshops and nature walks, inspire guests to reset, explore and rejuvenate.
PR and communications campaigns will also roll out for:
Parkhotel Holzner in South Tyrol. A family-run hotel at 1,200 metres above sea level on the Ritten plateau, Parkhotel Holzner embraces the charm of Alpine Art Nouveau with the natural beauty of South Tyrol, offering a mountain retreat just a short cable car ride from Bolzano’s vibrant historical heart.
The family-friendly hotel uses 100% green energy and focuses on sustainability, including CO2 reduction and biodiversity protection. Its support for local farmers, the promotion of plant-based dining and reduction in food waste reinforce its commitment to guest well-being and the planet.
Plotpackers, a female-founded purpose-driven tour operator committed to curating group trips and expeditions that prioritise sustainability, safety, female empowerment and accessibility. The transformative power of group travel is celebrated by providing affordable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for those seeking adventure and camaraderie. New activities for 2025 include the introduction of expeditions, such as to Mount Everest Base Camp and piloting Epowar’s international expansion - an AI-powered technology to safeguard female travellers.
The Natural Adventure, an eco-friendly walking and cycling holiday brand founded by Peter Duncan, former UK Chief Scout and BBC Blue Peter presenter, and Alex Pazderski, an avid hiker and acclaimed expedition kayaker. Its aim is to facilitate financially accessible walking or cycling holidays for travellers who want to delve deeper into nature and the local community. The majority of tours are self-guided, with travellers staying in small, locally-owned accommodation, with a carefully crafted itinerary inspired by the responsible values that the brand lives by.
The Store Oxford. Located in the centre of Oxford, The Store is a luxury hotel housed in the historic Boswells department store building, which first traded in 1738 - one of the world's oldest family-owned department stores.
The 101-room hotel with Spa retains elements of the original Boswells store, blending historical significance with the new modern Oxford. Its destination restaurant, Treadwell, presents a fresh perspective on British cuisine and is open daily to guests, locals and visitors for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Rooftop Terrace Bar offers unparalleled views over Oxford's iconic spires and will be home to an array of cultural events and happenings throughout 2025.
World Nomads, a global insurance leader providing travel insurance, inspirational stories and safety tips for adventurous and independent travellers. World Nomads offers Travel Cover for 150+ Adventure Activities and connects customers to projects run by established charities so they can fund projects in destinations with the greatest need.
Abi Best, Managing Director at Lemongrass said: “ We’ve started the year with incredible momentum and it's all systems go. We are thrilled to be representing such a diverse range of new clients with great brand stories.
