TVC Deals a New AV Experience at Genting Casino Manchester

TVC Technology Solutions plays a winning hand in Manchester, transforming the casino venue with a spectacular 11.25m² curved LED entrance wall, 98-inch 4K displays, digital signage and flexible AV-over-IP throughout.

Manchester, 23rd September 2026: Commercial AV integrator TVC Technology Solutions has completed a major display and AV upgrade at Genting Casino Manchester. The new fully integrated system has transformed the venue’s visual experience from its Portland Street entrance through to the gaming floor, bar, Mahjong area, mezzanine and meeting spaces.

The project was conceived to create a more engaging and consistent visual experience throughout the entire casino, with new professional displays supporting live television, sport, digital signage and promotional content. The brief also called for smart control and operation to minimise staff input during busy periods and the reuse and relocating of compatible equipment already installed to minimise cost.

At the centre of the casino entrance transformation is a bespoke curved LED wall measuring 4.5 metres wide by 2.5 metres high. Covering 11.25m², the 3.9mm pixel pitch display follows the shape of the entrance wall to create a striking digital feature. Practically, the screens anti-vandal, IP-rated construction provides additional protection in the prominent public-facing position.

To support the curved installation at Genting Casino Manchester, TVC worked closely with Peerless-AV to supply a customised SEAMLESS Connect wall bracket structure tailored to the display’s exact cabinet layout and curvature. TVC’s engineers then installed the modular aluminium system on site, using its X, Y and Z axis adjustments to position each LED cabinet accurately, compensate for variations in the supporting surface and minimise visible gaps. Quick-connect clamps and micro-adjustment helped create a secure, precisely aligned structure that maintains the seamless appearance of the completed LED wall, with content processed through a NovaStar VX400 controller.

The entrance was further enhanced with warm-white architectural LED lighting, with IP-rated LED tape incorporated around the canopy fins, entrance ceiling, rear display area and window surrounds to frame the curved screen. The result is massive visual impact with accent lighting to draw clients inside.

Across the wider venue, TVC installed 12 new Iiyama professional large-format ProLite displays, ranging from 43-inch to 98-inch. Each provides 4K Ultra HD resolution and 24/7 commercial operation, with brightness levels of 500cd/m² or 800cd/m² selected according to location. Two 55-inch portrait screens near reception provide digital signage and customer communications, while a 75-inch display nearby makes use of an elevated sightline.

Elsewhere, an 86-inch screen enhances the Mahjong area, while two 75-inch displays modernise the bar’s brick feature wall. A 43-inch portrait screen transforms an upstairs pillar into a useful signage point, with a 65-inch display also incorporated into the mezzanine lightbox.

The meeting room received a separate upgrade, with a 98-inch centre display alongside two 50-inch screens, providing a flexible visual platform for meetings, presentations and collaborative content. Elsewhere, TVC updated, moved and repurposed another 10 screens around the venue.

Supporting the expanded display estate is a WyreStorm NetworkHD AV-over-IP platform, connecting the new screens with Genting Casino Manchester’s existing AV infrastructure. NetworkHD decoders were introduced at new display positions, delivering 4K content over the venue’s IP network, while existing receivers were reused and relocated where practical.
