Codelocks strengthens regional European operations with new sales manager appointment

Enschede, NL, 23 September 2025 – Codelocks has appointed Elisa Burgos Martínez as the regional sales manager serving customers in Spain, France, Belgium and Portugal.

In her role, Elisa will develop relationships in the EMEA market by applying localised communications techniques to provide a tailored service to customers, solidifying Codelocks’ presence and reputation as a leader in access control solutions.

She was chosen to serve the southwestern European markets because of her extensive sales experience and multilingual expertise, speaking Spanish, French and Dutch, as well as some Japanese and Chinese.

Elisa comes to Codelocks having held managerial sales roles in several markets and sectors across Asia and Europe. She has a wealth of experience in cross-cultural relationship management, export and domestic sales, market research and strategy. Combining her knowledge and, indeed, ‘speaking their language’, she brings a new perspective to building trust with Codelocks’ customers and creating stronger relationships.
