Sensoria Dolomites second sound healing retreat after huge success

After the overwhelming success of their first-ever Sound Healing Retreat, the adults-only wellness hotel, Sensoria Dolomites, has announced new dates for their second Sound Healing Retreat , from 13th - 20th October 2024.  

According to a SpaSeekers report, searches for sound baths have risen 83% this year alone. Celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow have all tried the ancient therapy, that has been practiced since 500BC.    

Combining vocals with powerful vibrations of handcrafted German gongs, along with acoustics and percussions, sound healing is a transformative practice making waves in the wellness space. • Start each morning with an energising 50-minute sound therapy session, with an additional 50-minute relaxing evening session   
• Experience a 45-minute Wei Qi experience, an AMM & TCM treatment that helps strengthen the body and immune system while also reducing stress and exhaustion  
• Yoga, Pilates, or meditation classes during their stay   
• The long-stay package (the long stay option is 7 nights while a short stay is 4 nights) will include a 75-minute AMM & TCM treatment to identify the guests’ individual needs and a mindful walk, where guests will be practising breathwork   
• All-inclusive board, which includes breakfast, afternoon snacks, drinks and a six-course gourmet dinner
