An expert in electronic and electrical manufacturing, Mr Norval heads up manufacturing operations at Focus SB. Responsible for driving operational performance, continuous improvement and production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance, his role focuses on aligning manufacturing strategy with business growth, developing teams and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products to both UK and international markets.

A senior leader with 20+ years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, project management and business development, Mr Norval has a proven track record in driving growth and building high-performing teams in high and low-volume manufacturing.

With success in scaling operations, delivering multimillion-pound contracts across luxury electrical, fire safety and electronics industries, Mr Norval is experienced in managing complex client projects and aligning technical solutions with commercial objectives to meet evolving market demands.
