Now, the implementation of advanced diagnostics will further help guests to understand their body and mind and connect with their inner self.

It is important to note that the introduction of advanced diagnostics - such as Bioelectric Impedance Analysis and Oligoscan - will simply be the starting point of a guest’s journey and experience at Vair Spa. The results of the diagnostics will determine the most desired outcome, and each guest’s journey will be tailored accordingly to promise a profound experience.

The Vair Spa, which means “True” in the local dialect, draws inspiration from Puglia’s timeless landscapes, where ancient olive groves meet sun-soaked shores, creating the perfect backdrop for a transformative wellness experience.

Fìrmete (which literally means ‘Take a Break’) is a brand-new retreat offered by Borgo Egnazia’s Vair Spa and will be held from October 30th until November 3rd. This five-day programme provides a sanctuary for the mind; set against the backdrop of the Borgo’s pale stone walls and the tranquil Puglian countryside.

In an increasingly connected and hectic world, Fìrmete invites participants to pause, breathe, and focus, fostering cognitive resilience and teaching techniques to better manage stress and external stimuli. The retreat blends traditional and contemporary practices to enhance cognitive abilities, creativity, and overall mental health.

Guests will immerse themselves in outdoor yoga, mindfulness walks, and bespoke workshops designed to restore balance and liberate the mind from negativity. From juggling lessons to memory-enhancing exercises, and from targeted massages to stress-relief rituals, every activity is designed to restore psycho-physical balance.

Complementing the programme, culinary experiences inspired by Puglian flavours support neurological wellbeing through the Mediterranean diet.

The price for the Fìrmete retreat starts from €4,720 per person. Price includes accommodation for 4 nights on a full board basis with lunches and dinners tailored to individual needs, access to the resort’s spa facilities, and a comprehensive wellness programme.
