Boundless, the membership club for public sector and civil service workers, has expanded its offering with a new employee benefits package, which is being rolled out to the team at V&A Dundee.
All 80 staff members at Scotland’s design museum are eligible, with the club’s Boundless Plus membership (£78 a year) now being offered as part of V&A Dundee’s employee value proposition.
Boundless provides a range of benefits for its members - working and retired - to help them make the most of their free time. As well as access to more than 1,000 cultural spaces in the UK with National Art Pass, Boundless Plus provides unlimited entry to all National Trust for Scotland places and sites cared for by Historic Royal Palaces, including Hampton Court Palace and the Tower of London.
Pete Edmunds, Business Development Manager at Boundless, said: “We have ambitious plans for this new wholesale venture, which aligns with our broader mission at Boundless: to encourage people to live life to the full with friends and family.
“Our partnership with V&A Dundee has been very well received, with high levels of activation and engagement so far.
“Boundless provides a unique and exclusive set of benefits, and as a growing membership club we’re always looking at ways to increase value for organisations and individuals.”
The Boundless Plus benefits are in addition to the perks available through the club’s £45 membership, which includes unlimited complimentary access to all Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) centres across the UK. Members enjoy kids-go-free deals on days out through Kids Pass, discounts on cinema tickets with the Cinema Society, dining deals with tastecard and more.
V&A Dundee staff now also have access to a range of exclusive events through the Boundless community - from discounted member days out at some of the UK’s top attractions to online talks, masterclasses and a variety of local events organised by Boundless members.
Ailsa Suttie, Head of People at V&A Dundee, said: “Working with the team at Boundless, who have provided us with a wholesale solution for staff benefits, has been easy and represents great value for money.
“Our staff have enjoyed the experiences and savings Boundless offers and the fact they put the individual at the centre of their approach.
“I would recommend Boundless wholesale as an excellent option to increase staff engagement and wellbeing.”
As part of the package, Boundless is also offering ongoing support and webinars for the V&A Dundee team to help them explore their new benefits.
Boundless membership is open to current and retired public sector workers, including teachers, civil servants and local government employees, as well as members of the armed forces, fire service, NHS and police.
