Aufguss Trip Invite: 20th - 23rd September 2026

Reaching out to share an invite for our small group trip exploring the art of Aufguss in South Tyrol. The dates are Sunday 20th September to Wednesday 23rd September and I’d be delighted to have you join! Think mountains, saunas and gentle hiking in the Italian sunshine 😊 

The trip celebrates the group’s 25th anniversary and its extensive wellness expertise. The collection is home to two Sauna Master World Champions, who have competed internationally and are recognised among the world’s best Aufguss masters. As part of the experience, you will learn about the history of Aufguss from leading experts, as well as have the opportunity to try the techniques yourself through an interactive taster session. 

The trip will also include private Aufguss performances, wellness treatments and nature walks for enhanced wellbeing. You will stay at Preidlhof, famed for its six-story sauna tower and transformative wellness practices, but through their inclusive hotel-hopping concept, you will utilise the award-winning facilities of neighbouring hotels including Alpiana, who debuted their new Sky Spa, Alcielo in summer 2025. 

 As a leader in wellness, the collection offers the largest spa and wellness facilities in South Tyrol, featuring 41 pools, 35 saunas, 31 relaxation rooms and five Sky Spas. The trip will be inclusive of return flights, transfers, accommodation, all meals and all activities outlined in the itinerary. The group is limited to three, so please let me know as soon as possible if it might be of interest to you. We would look to partner with SkyAlps for the flights, who will require mention of the brand and flight route.
