Heat-sealed baffle jackets provide excellent protection from rain and wind. With heat-sealed seams—not stitched—water is unable to enter through these areas, meaning you stay better protected with a higher level of rain protection. These jackets aren't completely waterproof in heavy rain but do the job in light showers and colder weather.

The baffles keep you warm when it's chilly and breezy. The spaces between the two layers of the coat's fabric hold recycled downfill.
