Europe's Largest Card Show Returns for its jam-packed 12th Event!

Europe’s largest card trading show, the London Card Show, is set to return across the 11th and 12th May at Sandown Park Racecourse for a show-stopping event that you won’t want to miss! Immerse yourself in the vibrant card community, where you can buy, sell, trade, or simply revel in the excitement of being part of one of the world’s fastest-growing hobbies. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned collector, there’ll be something for everyone at the London Card Show’s 12th event.

The event offers a handful of exciting new additions to look forward to, with something for everyone! In thrilling news for any sports fans, the London Card Show will feature headline appearances by ex-England football stars and Premier League legends, John Barnes MBE and Emile Heskey. They will be taking part in signings and engaging in a live audience Q&A as part of the jam-packed main stage line-up.

In other exciting news, for the first time in the UK, the world's largest grading service, PSA, will be offering take-home services at the London Card Show! PSA is one of the most respected trading card, autograph, and memorabilia authentication and grading services globally, and their presence marks an exciting addition for card traders, collectors, and enthusiasts alike, demonstrating just how far the London Card Show has come. 

Following popular demand, the show is pleased to announce the introduction of a gripping Tournament Zone, which will feature win-a-box tournaments hosted by Brotherhood Games including Lorcana, Pokémon, and One Piece TCGs for showgoers to enter, giving them the chance to win an exciting box of card packs!

The show will also feature an exciting range of Immersive Elements such as a Trade Zone, Hands on Creator Studio, Whatnot streaming zone, and a NEW Retro Gaming Zone, featuring nostalgic classics like Sonic the Hedgehog, Street Fighter, and more, ensuring that there is a range of activities to entertain guests of all ages, no matter what their interests are!

The Kids Zone is set to return, buzzing with excitement, bringing families from all over the country together, encouraging kids to unleash their creativity and craft their own personalised collectibles. The line up will introduce lots of fun activities for the younger attendees, some of the highlights included box breaks with PokiChloe and PokeDean, design your own Match Attax Card competition with Topps and trade zone, exclusive for kids. 

Starting in a community hall with just 40 attendees and 10 vendor tables in 2021, the London Card Show has boomed and is set to host 4,000 guests alongside 550 vendor tables across the May weekend, bringing together a diverse community for a celebration of culture, passion, and nostalgia as they take part in one of the fastest-growing hobbies in the world!

The last event saw some incredible pack breaks, with one attendee pulling an extremely rare Blastoise from an original 1999 base set pack - a card valued between £1,500-£2,500. This wasn’t the only sought-after card spotted at the event – a first edition, generation 1, Dark Dragonite from a 2000 Pokémon Rocket set - worth a striking £22,995 - also attracted the attention of many collectors.

Whether you’re a fan of Pokémon, Football, Formula 1, Basketball, Yu-Gi-Oh, American Football, or more niche categories like Baseball, UFC, Disney, and Marvel, you'll find a selection of cards and collections like you’ve never seen before!
