Gadhouse Throws Back Audio Design to the Year 2000 with Cyber Punk-Inspired Turntable

The Cosmo turntable, launched today, is inspired by the fashion and aesthetic of the Y2K movement, reminiscent of the iconic tech of the 1990s and early 2000s with its translucent casing and cyber punk design cues.

2nd June 2023: Introducing Cosmo, the latest retro-cool turntable from Gadhouse, paying homage to 2000s Cyber-Punk movement with its slick, throwback design. 

Cosmo is available in Lucid White and Midnight Black and is available to purchase now RRP £159. It will also be available from Urban Outfitters in the coming weeks. 

Taking customers on a journey back to the late 1990s and early 2000s, Cosmo’s design hails from Y2K culture and aesthetic, from flip phones and translucent materials to music from artists like Jamiroquai and Daft Punk, with futuristic space-inspired theming. 

Cosmo’s USB/SD player and recorder helps music-lovers test their DJ skills, from beat matching to creating mixtapes, by recording from their favourite vinyls to USB or SD card as well as playing back from it. 

Packed full of features including Bluetooth 5.3, FM Radio, dual headphone jacks, a Gadhouse cartridge, and built-in speakers, Cosmo is perfect for home-use or for taking to parties with friends.

The special Gadhouse cartridge ‘G Cartridge’ is the brand’s first ever in-house designed cartridge. It’s an improvement on its previous models’ and features a conical jointed diamond stylus.

Perfect for those who want to start DJing, Cosmo is a 35/45 RPM speed turntable, and includes auto stop and pause, +/-10% speed adjustment for pitch control, bass and treble tone adjustment. It also comes with a slip mat, 45RPM LP adapter, USB-C adapter and exclusive stickers.
