COBRA LAUNCHES NEW QS2800 SHREDDER TO BOOST DEALER SALES OPPORTUNITIES

 Cobra is expanding its award-winning shredder range with the launch of the new QS2800 Quiet Shredder, giving dealers an opportunity to capitalise on growing consumer demand for home composting, waste reduction and sustainable gardening.  

Available from August and retailing at £189.99, the new QS2800 has been designed to complement Cobra's existing range and provide dealers with an additional revenue stream during the key autumn tidy-up season.  

Building on the success of the popular QS2500 Quiet Shredder, the new QS2800 features a more powerful 2800W motor compared with the 2500W motor of its predecessor. The additional power enables the machine to tackle larger volumes of material and thicker branches, making it suitable for more demanding tasks and broadening its appeal to professional and serious domestic gardeners alike.  

With an increasing number of gardeners embracing home composting and looking for ways to reduce garden waste, shredders are becoming an attractive category for dealers. The QS2800 offers an ideal upsell opportunity alongside lawnmowers, hedge trimmers and chainsaws, particularly during the autumn when customers are looking for efficient ways to deal with hedge cuttings, pruning waste and seasonal debris. 

In addition, the QS2800's quiet operation and self-feeding system provide additional selling points, while its forward and reverse feed functions help minimise blockages and improve productivity.
