Leonardslee Family Vineyards is pleased to announce that we are exhibiting at Prowein in Düsseldorf, Germany, for the first time, 16-18 March 2025.
Leonardslee is taking residence with WineGB, Hall 12, stand D100 as the UK takes its wines onto the international stage. All three Leonardslee wines are on show; Leonardslee Blanc de Blancs 2020 (RSP:£60), Leonardslee Brut Reserve 2021 (RSP: £45) and Leonardslee Brut Rosé 2021 (RSP: £45), all are made from Leonardslee’s own estate-grown fruit by traditional method.
To exhibit at such a prestigious global trade event is a significant step for Leonardslee, having only launched its wines less than a year ago. However, an impressive amount has been achieved so far, including numerous UK retail listings: Hawkins Bro’s English Wines, Entity Wines, Great Wines Direct, Horsham Cellars, Nicolas UK (5 stores) South Down Cellars, and Taurus Wines. In addition, Leonardslee has already secured distribution in Asia, through Wine Hours, a distributor and retailer that covers Singapore & Malaysia.
The wines have also received glowing praise from some of the UK’s finest wine writers, as well as 90+ scores from James Suckling.
Leonardslee English Sparkling wines are included in a special WineGB category showcase at Prowein. This on-stand showcase is designed to demonstrate the breadth, quality and innovation of the category and will generate a lot of interest and traffic to the WineGB pavilion.
Barry Anderson, MD and viticulturist at Leonardslee is in attendance, along with export managers Rupert Firbank and Ranulf Sessions.
