Grace Homes has released its first homes for sale at Grange Farm, a 65-home development on the edge of the Stanton Cross scheme in Wellingborough.
The Northamptonshire-based housebuilder began construction in early 2026. Three- and four-bedroom detached homes are available in the first phase, with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes planned for the second phase of the development in 2027.
Each Grace Homes property is designed to achieve an EPC A rating and includes PV solar panels, hybrid inverters, air source heat pumps, EV charging points and underfloor heating. Premium integrated appliances, fitted wardrobes, turfed gardens and natural sandstone patios are also included as standard.
Emily Smith, Sales and Marketing Manager at Grace Homes, says: “We are pleased to have launched our first homes for sale at Grange Farm, and to be moving forward with our sales office and show home, which will open towards the end of November.
“There is a real demand for premium new build homes across the region, and we are delighted to meet that need with properties that offer generous living spaces and premium finishes as standard.”
Grange Farm forms part of Stanton Cross, a major residential-led development within Wellingborough’s Sustainable Urban Extension scheme. Once complete, Stanton Cross will include 3,650 homes alongside retail, leisure and business facilities, as well as green spaces, play areas and cycle routes. The development is well-located, and within easy reach of Wellingborough station and its direct trains to London.
Under its Section 106 agreement, Grace Homes will also make a financial contribution towards education, libraries and other facilities in the area.
Headquartered in Corby, Grace Homes has been building homes in carefully chosen locations across Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire since 1999. The housebuilder, which specialises in smaller developments and energy-efficient homes built on larger-than-average plots, has recently completed builds in Brigstock and Barton Seagrave in Northamptonshire.
