ECOTONE UK APPOINTS NEW HR DIRECTOR TO SUPPORT AMBITIOUS GROWTH PLANS

Ecotone UK, the B-Corp certified organic and natural food company, has appointed Jen Lawrence as HR Director to support its ambitious growth plans and continued investment in its people and culture. Jen succeeds Ann Chambers, who retired earlier this year after more than 20 years with the business.

With more than two decades of experience across FMCG and consumer brands, Jen has held senior HR leadership roles with Unilever, Lindt & Sprüngli and Virgin Atlantic. An accredited Executive Coach and Fellow of the CIPD, she is recognised for combining commercial HR leadership, executive coaching and organisational development to help organisations build high-performing cultures where both people and business performance thrive.

In her role at Ecotone UK, Jen is responsible for leading the UK people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, building a high-performing culture and ensuring the organisation continues to attract, develop and retain great people as the business pursues sustainable growth.

Her appointment reflects Ecotone UK's continued investment in its people strategy as the business works towards ambitious growth over the coming years.

Ecotone has been certified B Corp for seven years and achieved the world’s highest score for a large food company earlier this year. In the UK it owns purpose-driven food brands Clipper Teas, Kallo and Mrs Crimble’s.
