Codelocks is offering Lock 101 and Troubleshooting training sessions to help trade professionals refresh and bolster access control knowledge and skills. The free training sessions will take place at the Codelocks offices in Newbury, on 24 March, 28 April and 26 May 2022.
The training gives locksmiths, installers, facilities managers, and operations managers the chance to learn first-hand from Codelocks experts. Participants can choose between attending a Codelocks Mechanical or Codelocks Electronic session. Attendees will benefit from an overview of Codelocks’ lock range and learn about access control solutions for different applications, and how best to install them. The programme will also cover lock troubleshooting, including common faults and maintenance issues, which can help locksmiths and installers to improve their service for customers.
Codelocks Marketing Manager, Ros Bayliss says, “Our training is an excellent opportunity for participants to receive specialist guidance from Codelocks experts, refresh and expand their skills and get to grips with Codelocks’ latest innovative locks. In an increasingly competitive industry, it’s important for trade professionals to stay on top of market trends and understand how to provide the best customer experience possible.
“Codelocks has been running unique training sessions since 2012. We held virtual webinars for the past couple of years to ensure installers and locksmiths were kept up to date with the latest Codelocks products and the benefits they bring for customers, but we are looking forward to getting back to the hands-on sessions this year.”
Additionally, the sessions invite attendees to consider the importance of maintaining hygiene measures in a post-Covid world. Codelocks’ experts will share valuable insight into how products like Clean by Codelocks, an antibacterial coating which reduces bacterial growth by 99.96%, can help maintain hygiene measures as employees return to workplaces.
The Codelocks training sessions are free to attend and have received positive feedback each year. To find out more and sign up, visit http://www.codelocks.co.uk/training
