Cold-Pressed Juice brand Rebel Kitchen will provide refreshments to try at the Mayow Park Picnic this Sunday 14th July to celebrate their partnership with The Orchard Project. Rebel Kitchen are passionate about their 1% to the Planet membership and chose The Orchard Project as they want to help communities connect with nature, natural produce and the earth.
The Orchard Project is the only national charity dedicated to creating, maintaining and celebrating community orchards. Since 2009, The Orchard Project has planted or restored over 500 orchards, helping to bring about positive change for people and planet, and the charity aims to make a serious contribution to a better food system with people working together, where they live, to produce and harvest their own fruit.
This Sunday the community orchard located at Mayow Park will host a picnic which will see the community come together to enjoy a relaxed social event. The organisers want to entice more people to visit the orchard and to spread the word that it’s there for the community and everyone can come along and get involved. Bring family, friends, neighbours and your own picnic. There will be activities on the day including nature activities with Yogi and hunt for fruit trees in the orchard.
It’s a harmonious partnership with B Corp Rebel Kitchen, who take pride in the high-quality, organic produce that goes into their raw juices and giving back to their community of UK-based suppliers and workers at their purpose-built juicery in Kent.
Ben Arbib, Co-Founder of Rebel Kitchen, said: ‘This is an exciting partnership with The Orchard Project, who are helping rebuild orcharding skills and knowledge in our communities. We share in the belief that orchards have the potential to build stronger communities by providing space and empowering people to contribute to reducing food miles. That’s why we wanted to support The Orchard Project and get involved with the work they do.’
Kath Rosen, CEO of The Orchard Project, said: “This is a great opportunity for us to share our story with a different audience and highlight the fantastic work being carried out in community orchards across the capital. I’m excited to see where this partnership takes us!”
Rebel Kitchen will donate 1% of revenue to The Orchard Project as part of the commitment to their 1% for the Planet membership. Rebel Kitchen will also support The Orchard Project throughout the year and take part in orchard celebrations, such as blossom week, pruning and harvesting.

Rebel Kitchen
Rebel Kitchen believes there’s always an alternative. They challenge the status quo and demand we focus on sustainability in health and manufacturing. The drinks are made with the highest quality product and never heated, so they keep all the good stuff.
Rebel Kitchen Cleanse
Rebels do things differently. We peel, prep & cold press the freshest ingredients to pack all their good stuff into our juices. Blast freezing keeps the natural taste and nutrients in the bottle. So you can have the best cleanse, with no compromise.
The Orchard Project
