Transparent display steals the show as TVC wows EAG with next-generation venue AV technology

Bolton-based AV integrator, TVC Technology Solutions, made its EAG debut and delivered one of the most talked-about visual showcases on the show floor. Across three busy days at ExCeL London, operators, venue owners and leisure brands gathered around TVC’s stand to see first-hand how cutting edge display technology and intelligent AV design can transform the way customers experience gaming, betting and entertainment venues.

Rather than simply adding screens to a space, TVC’s EAG presence demonstrated a more imaginative approach to in-venue technology. A fully transparent indoor LED display headed up the visual spectacle and proved to be a genuine show-stopper. Content appeared to float mid-air while preserving clear sightlines through the screen itself. The technology opens up entirely new creative possibilities for gaming floors, betting environments, retail frontages and feature installations where conventional displays would either dominate or disrupt the space.

“Transparent LED screens allow brands to communicate promotions, live content or experiential visuals without blocking views, interrupting flow or overwhelming the physical design of a venue,” said TVC’s Sales Director, Andy Greaves. “With carefully planned installation and the right content the result can be a display solution that is both high-impact and sympathetic to the rest of the venue design.”

Wow-factor technology aside, TVC’s presence at the EAG show set to reframe how large LED screens, high-bright displays, commercial grade digital menu boards, digital signage and creative audio solutions can be deployed within leisure venues. Leveraging its expertise creating top-tier customer environments for the likes of the UK’s F1 Arcade social gaming venues, Hollywood Bowl sites and many of the well-known betting shop chains, TVC has developed a reputation for premier commercial AV design and installation across the UK.

The stand showcased a wider ecosystem of commercial AV technologies designed specifically for the demands of high-traffic leisure environments, including high-brightness professional displays designed to punch through challenging lighting conditions, and ultra-wide stretch-bar screens for counters, columns and shelving. Large-format LED displays delivered unmistakable visual impact, while networked audio zoning illustrated how sound can be managed precisely across complex venues to enhance atmosphere without adding noise fatigue.

A key part of the stand’s appeal was TVC’s collaboration with Singa, whose commercial karaoke solutions added another layer of entertainment-led engagement to the space. Together, the partnership demonstrated how visual and audio technologies can work in harmony to create compelling social experiences that drive repeat visits and incremental revenue, particularly in hybrid leisure venues where gaming, hospitality and entertainment increasingly overlap.

“The response at EAG genuinely exceeded expectations,” added Andy. “The transparent screens did their job of stopping visitors in their tracks and we had some fantastic conversations about real-world applications. It’s clear there’s a growing appetite for more creative, experience-led uses of AV across gaming and leisure., and the EAG transpired to be the perfect showcase for our products and services.”

Beyond the technology itself, TVC’s presence at EAG underlined the value of working with an integrator that understands the operational realities of leisure venues. Drawing on a track record that includes gaming, hospitality and entertainment installations across the UK, the company was able to speak credibly about reliability, scalability and long-term support, factors that remain critical for operators running busy, revenue-driven environments.
