Stylish New Cocorose London Face Mask Range Wows on All Fronts

Children’s mental health charity ‘Honeypot’ to benefit from Cocorose sales

A contender for the most stylish facemask to be bought right now has to be amongst the new nine-mask collection just launched by Cocorose London.  It is probably also the facemask with the best social intentions.

A range of six cotton face masks and three silk masks have the same comfort focus as the brand’s fabulous flats and keep wearers super chic, whether travelling or shopping.  Additionally, all profits from the masks are being donated to children’s mental health charity, Honeypot, which provides annual countryside respite breaks for young carers looking after parents and siblings.

Cocorose London’s cotton range masks come in chic, country-inspired choices of Rose Print White, Rose Print Black, Blue Flowers, Floral Print Navy, Floral Print Cream and Beige Polka Dots.  All are 100% cotton and washable at 60°C and fully breathable.

The advantage of Cocorose’s cotton range masks over all known others on the market is the inclusion of a matching pouch so that, when not being worn, the mask can be popped inside, without touching and contaminating either surfaces or the inside of a handbag.  After being worn on the journey home, the mask and pouch can both be popped straight into the washing machine, reducing the risk of contamination again.

The Cocorose London silk face mask range, on the other hand, is a very sophisticated choice for women who wish to look elegant whilst wearing face protection. The Cocorose silk face mask options are available in lavender, red and dark blue.  The masks can be washed on a silk and delicates’ wash cycle.

All Cocorose masks are cut to suit the natural contours of the face, making them snugger over the mouth and nose and more comfortable to wear than many masks.  Their fit also prevent spectacles steaming up. With adjustable elasticated ear hoops, the mask is easy to pop on and off. Fabric is double layered but there is also a discrete pocket into which to fit a filter, if the wearer wishes to have a triple level of protection.

Priced at £9.99 for cotton mask and matching pouch and £14.99 for the silk mask (no pouch for affordability), these not-for-profit purchases should help raise money for Honeypot, which will also be benefiting from a £20 donation per sale of Cocorose London’s brand-new Hoxton ‘Rainbow’ comfort trainers, priced at £120.

These trainers are available for pre-order in symbolic colour choices of white and dove grey and carry a rainbow design on the leather.  The trainers have springy double-cushioning beneath a breathable leather insole and pillowed Achilles heels, to prevent rubbing and blistering.  They are also made of the softest leather and generally require no ‘breaking in’.

The Hoxton range has already won over Pippa Middleton, seen in her grey snakeprint trainers just last week.

Notes to Editors

The Honeypot Children’s Charity is the only charity in the UK that provides vital annual respite breaks, ongoing outreach services and a range of other support services for young carers between the ages of 5-12. These are selfless children who are the main carers in their household, caring for sickly and disabled parents and often younger siblings too. Honeypot provides respite breaks for over 1,000 children each year, in spectacularly beautiful homes located in the New Forest and Mid Wales, with a third home under development in Central Scotland. Both homes are set in seven acres of breathtaking countryside, where children can breathe fresh air, and engage in a wide range of stimulating outdoor and indoor activities.

From a recent report carried out by the BBC News and Nottingham University, figures suggest there are as many as 800,000 young carers in the UK ages 5-18; Honeypot’s age group (5-12) account for as many as 300,000. Hundreds of thousands of these young carers carry out onerous duties for as many as 30 hours a week with some caring for 50 hours.
