Barbary & Oak is following the success of its critically acclaimed cast iron cookware collection, Foundry, with two brand new range releases. Hoxton and Chevron are premium collections of vintage ash wood and acacia wood pieces for the home, and will be the next ranges to hit the shelves in Q4 2021, introducing classic designs and quality craftsmanship to the market.

Part of the Tower family, Barbary & Oak is a premium lifestyle brand bringing a taste of aspirational living to the home. Each product is developed utilising info from leading trend forecasting companies, ensuring end products are fashionable, appealing and relevant to audiences across the globe.

The new Hoxton range comprises of utensils in a matching holder, chopping boards, salt & pepper mills and a stylish knife block. Crafted from lightweight ash wood, the material has been stained to elevate and highlight the natural beauty of the wood grain for a unique finish. Brushed stainless steel accents add a simple touch of luxury for a functional, rustic home aesthetic.

Chevron is a collection of acacia wood chopping boards that utilise off-cuts and waste wood, repurposing materials into stylish statement pieces for the home. Responsible sourcing is an essential part of the Barbary & Oak ethos, with recent WGSN analysis showing that sustainability is continuing to be a key consumer priority across industries all over the world.

The chevron patterns are created as surplus cuts of acacia are skilfully pieced together, giving them natural colour variations, interesting textures and rich patchwork to make each piece feel unique. Acacia is also a hardwood that is durable, water-resistant and naturally antibacterial, making it perfect for food preparation and presentation boards.
