November 2025 - As the 2025-26 ski season draws closer, Sensoria Dolomites, the adults-only, all-inclusive wellness hotel, has unveiled a series of new winter packages that prove the mountains are for everyone.
While adventurous snow enthusiasts can shred the slopes of the Alpe di Siusi with guided ski safaris, Sensoria has released a ski-less package for those who prefer to avoid winter sports, but don’t want to miss out on the magic of snow covered mountains. Imagine exceptional dining, sleigh rides and spa afternoons with views of the surrounding UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.
Located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi, the largest high plateau in Europe, a cable car is conveniently situated a stone’s throw away from the hotel. The spa is complete with an indoor-outdoor pool, saunas, steam and spruce bathing house - playing refuge from the cold, with breathtaking views of the Sciliar. With an indulgent take on all-inclusive dining, guests can enjoy a six-course gourmet menu every evening along with traditional classics.

For an off-piste alpine adventure, the Christmas Delights package invites non-skiers to experience everything the mountains have to offer in their own way. A visit to the festive Christmas market in St. Ulrich offers a chance for a hand-in-hand stroll beneath the twinkling lights, before returning to the house for an 80-minute aromatherapy treatment designed to restore balance. Homemade Christmas biscuits await in the room, while Sensoria’s all-day-inclusive offering ensures a seamless, restorative escape perfectly curated for winter’s quiet pleasures.

Instead, immerse yourself in 60km of scenic hiking trails with snowshoes, enjoy the thrill of tobogganing on 11 different runs, or simply savor the tranquil beauty of the snow-covered landscape. With this exclusive package, enjoy four nights for the price of three and a four-day ski pass for the price of three. After a day on the pistes, rest tired muscles in the sauna before raising a glass of South Tyrolean wine by the fire and enjoying a six-course meal.
