TEAM’s new directors will be working alongside Service Delivery Director, Graham Paul, who is responsible for TEAM’s infrastructure and oversees system administration and customer support, with a cross functional role in pre-sales, alliances and marketing.
On these new appointments Graham Paul said
“This is an exciting time for TEAM Energy as Tom, Paul and Edward step into their new roles. By growing leadership from within the business, we have showcased the true power of employee-ownership. We are confident that their experience and insight will help us grow, innovate and deliver our commitments to our customers and colleagues.”
This transition reflects the strength of being an employee-owned business as TEAM promotes their leadership from within to preserve what makes the organisation special, whilst also accelerating their ambitions to support their customers in achieving their net zero and energy management goals. By empowering internal talent, TEAM safeguards the long-term interests of their colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
As TEAM embarks on this next chapter, the business remains committed to delivering an exceptional service and driving sustainable solutions for UK organisations.
