TRADE: WSP Solicitors announces latest appointment

As Residential Conveyancing team sees 10% year-on-year growth 

13 January 2026, UK: Leading regional law firm, WSP Solicitors, has announced the expansion of its Residential Conveyancing team following the appointment of Legal Practitioner, Amie Williamson. 

Amie joins the firm from Tayntons, where she spent 19 years and led on shared ownership purchases as well as HSBC and Countrywide panel cases. She began her legal career as a legal administrator in Cirencester working predominantly in remortgages. 

Across its Residential Conveyancing services, WSP solicitors has seen 10% growth in new instructions year-on-year. Joining an 11 strong team Amie has specific expertise in the local market, supporting clients through all aspects of buying and selling property. 

On her appointment Amie said: “I am delighted to be joining the Residential Conveyancing team at such an exciting time for the firm. The team has a strong reputation for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service, and I’m looking forward to contributing to this while building long-standing, trusted relationships with all our clients.” 

With offices in both Stroud and Elmbridge East Business Park, Gloucester, WSP Solicitors are an independent multi-practice area firm spanning Private Client, Residential Conveyancing, Family Law, Commercial Property and Corporate Law. With a presence in the region for over 265 years the firm now employs 65 legal professionals and team members.
