Restore Information Management acquires MPS in £2.3m deal

Restore Information Management has announced the acquisition of MPS Marketing Services Ltd as part of a broader strategy to strengthen its services for a growing customer base in the public sector.
The UK's largest independent provider of information management services has acquired the Bristol-based print and mail service business MPS in a £2.3m deal, which will help diversify its outbound communications capabilities.
The combined business will provide improved support for local authority, NHS and other public sector clients managing high-volume communications across physical and digital channels, including the secure, compliant delivery of letters, bills, statements, council tax correspondence, benefits communications, patient letters and other critical documents.
Customers will benefit from increased capacity, flexibility and expertise, plus support for a wider variety of print types.
