Sensoria Dolomites, the adults only, all-inclusive wellness hotel, has unveiled a new collection of seasonal packages, from immersive nature breaks to hiking retreats and arts and craft experiences.
Surrounded by spectacular views of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, Sensoria sits at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest high-altitude Alpine meadow. With the cable car conveniently located opposite the hotel, hikers can ascend to explore mountain trails or wander from the hotel to the nearby glacial lake, Laghetto di Fie. After a day spent outdoors, guests can enjoy the spruce spa set against a backdrop of Dolomite peaks, with a six-course meal served each evening.

Sensoria Nature Series I / Sensoria Nature Series II

The new seven-night Nature Series experiences invite guests to forge a deeper connection with the Dolomites’ rich wildlife and ecosystems. Thoughtfully curated to reflect the rhythms of the landscape, highlights of Nature Series I include guided bird-listening with an ornithologist, mindfulness hikes with Qigong and Kneipp therapy in the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park, and a bike-and-swim experience at Lake Fiè. Nature Series II swaps birdwatching for Alpine foraging, where guests can identify edible wild plants and explore the biodiversity of the Dolomites, alongside expert botanist Diego.

Discover a sensory-led retreat blending Japanese monozukuri philosophy with Alpine traditions with Sensoria’s brand-new Art, Sound & Mindful Craft package. Through artistic and sensory practices, guests can explore materials, sound and craftsmanship, fostering a connection between nature and self-expression in a calm and inspiring environment. From Suminagashi marbling to meditative hay wreath making, each practice encourages presence and creativity, before an aperitivo with Lea, the wonderful owner, offers a warm, personal insight into the heart of Sensoria and its minimalist design with Japanese-inspired elements.

Alpine Adventure Week with Patrick & Lea - July

Experience Sensoria’s signature Alpine Adventure Week, now thoughtfully reimagined with more accessible hiking levels to open up the Dolomites to all. Guided by owner Lea and Wellbeing & Experience Guide Patrick, guests explore breathtaking landscapes through a balance of invigorating hikes, mindful movement and outdoor activities, from Qigong in nature to lake swims. Following a day on the mountains, unwind with an aromatherapy treatment of choice, from Inner Strength and Resilience to Immune Revive Support, designed to restore body and mind.
From late August, the experience transitions into the Autumn Soul – Mountains & Tradition package, with sunrise hikes, bread-baking courses and e-biking through the Dolomites (bookable from 30/08).

For a sense-soothing escape, Sensoria’s Holistic Detox Ritual is designed to cleanse, rebalance and renew from within. Here, nature’s restorative roots are woven seamlessly into a serene wellness space in the form of a spruce bathing house, framed by views of the Sciliar. The package includes a comprehensive detox programme featuring a full-body scrub, wrap and massage, two stimulating brush massages and a clarifying Detox Face treatment for face, neck and décolleté. The calm and nourishment experienced in the spa extends throughout the house with gourmet cuisine and curated superfoods supporting the detox process and resulting in improved radiance and renewed energy.
