SecuTix, the provider of cloud-based ticketing solutions, has made three new team hires in the UK and Ireland in 2021, following significant growth in the region.
Jane Sloan, formerly of the Ambassador Theatre Group and a highly experienced figure in the entertainment sector, joins SecuTix UK’s senior leadership team as Head of Delivery. This is a newly created role that will see Sloan lead the approach to working with customers from a technical perspective covering pre-sales support, on-boarding and customer success. She brings a wealth of experience in managing teams, leading complex projects and delivering transformation programs for major businesses. She was responsible for the digital transformation of atgtickets.com, delivering a new customer-centric platform and purchase flow.
“I’m absolutely delighted to be joining SecuTix at such an exciting time,” said Sloan. “I’m looking forward to being part of its further growth as well as helping develop the SecuTix platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
Sloan is joined at SecuTix this month by Hannah Sutherland, former Ticketing Manager at Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club, who joins as Business Analyst. Harry Nutt has been appointed to the role of Senior Business Analyst from CRM specialist Green 4.
Commenting on the appointments, David Hornby, Managing Director of SecuTix UK and Ireland, said: “Jane joins us at a very important time for the UK & Ireland team. The last 12 months have been tough on the sport, live entertainment and museum sectors and it's encouraging to see how active the market is as clients look for ticketing solutions to meet their post-Covid needs. Jane and her team will support our clients and help them adapt to the current challenging and changing landscape that is ticketing today.”
Recent wins for SecuTix UK include West Bromwich Albion and Gloucester Rugby Club.
