Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club has entered a five-year deal with SecuTix that will see the ticketing engagement platform seek to help the club grow and build stronger connections with their fanbase.

Following a competitive pitch, as their new ticketing technology partner, SecuTix will work with the team at Trent Bridge to deliver an engaging ticketing experience to their spectators.

Using the SecuTix 360° platform, the focus will be on growing the club’s fanbase, driving profitable growth and reducing operating costs. The immediate aim is for members and fans to enjoy a more straightforward ticketing process, with an improved experience on mobile. The platform will also be used for transactions relating to matchday parking, hampers and gift vouchers, as well as hospitality.

Michael Temple, Commercial Director at Trent Bridge, said: “We watched the early steps of the SecuTix partnerships with other First-Class counties and the ECB and took immense confidence from what they were able to deliver.
“They have grasped our brief and proven to be across the detail, quick to respond and easy to deal with. We look forward to introducing a much-improved ticket-buying journey to our members and supporters.”
David Hornby, Managing Director of SecuTix UK and Ireland, added: “We’re delighted to be working with Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, providing ticketing solutions for their wonderful venue, Trent Bridge.
