RKW’s leading brand – Tower – has announced the latest addition to its Floorcare range, with the VL Series marking the latest innovation for the company. Vacuum cleaners remained popular in 2022 and that trend seems set to continue into 2023 as consumers search for ways to make their daily lives easier.
Following on from the success of the initial launch of the VL Series in 2022, Tower have continued to innovate and develop, adding more variety and greater performance to their vacuums, to further improve the lives of consumers & retail customers demand. Whether it is through multi-functionality or just ensuring a clean & healthy home, the new range offers consumers high performing vacuums that reinforce the fundamental purpose of cleaning around the home.
According to a 2022 MINTEL report, ‘kettles and vacuum cleaners continue to be leaders in the small domestic appliance market, with vacuum cleaners making up 16% of that market.’ With this in mind, Tower have continued to revolutionise, with exciting new features & innovations at the forefront. In the current economic climate, the brand has once again recognised the importance of producing high-quality, yet affordable products to meet the demands of consumer and retail customers in the UK.
This is why Tower are introducing their all-new VL Series, anchored by a wide array of new features designed to simplify everyday cleaning. There are so many options to choose from ranging from 3-in-1 corded vacuums, to cordless vacuums with detachable handheld and even variants that have attachments to cater for pet owners. With so much variety, Tower have gone out of their way to ensure that a consumer’s every need can be catered for.
Pride of place in the collection is the VL100 Optimum, a cordless 3-in-1 vacuum that offers full versatility as consumers can use as a normal vacuum, detach into a handheld variant, or even extend to deal with harder to reach areas. Spearheaded by a motorised anti-tangle floor head, the technology continually combs through the brush bar ensuring hair and debris doesn’t become entangled for a deeper clean. With consumers focussing more on automated and cordless vacuums, the VL100 Optimum is fully equipped to deal with the demands of the modern home with its touch control LED panel.
The anti-tangle technology is also a key feature in a number of other vacuums in the series, notably the VL35, VL45, VL70 & VL80. All of these variants embody principles of convenience and high performance that have long been hallmarks of Tower products and the VL Series is no different. All vacuums come complete with accessories to ensure every inch of the home receives a thorough deep clean.
Tower’s VL Series has even accounted for pet owners when being developed, with a particular focus on ensuring that pet hair doesn’t become embedded in carpets or rugs. A number of vacuums in the VL Series come equipped with various crevice tools but also have specialised attachments that, when coupled with the HEPA filter, ensures that the home is clean and safe for allergy sufferers. The VL20 PET & VL80 PET both come equipped with a pet brush, to effortlessly pick up any deeply embedded pet hairs.
There are still corded vacuums available as well, as some consumers might prefer the slightly more traditional option. The VL20 Corded Vacuum Cleaner still offers seamless 3-in-1 functionality and thanks to the 5m Power Cable it can reach any area of the home with the ability to reach any plug socket without restrictions.
All VL Series batteries are removable for convenience, complete with a power level indicator on the battery pack as opposed to the vacuum – making it clearer for users to see once fully charged. Each model also bundles in a compact wall mount to neatly store the vacuum away after use.
The new VL Series vacuums will be available from February 2023 via RKW Ltd and leading retailers, and are set to be presented as a marquee product at Spring Fair 2023.
