Boundless scales public sector benefits offering via Charity for Civil Servants and Each Person partnerships

Boundless, the membership club for public sector and civil service workers, has expanded its employee benefits reach through new partnerships with the Charity for Civil Servants and employee rewards platform Each Person, extending access to more than 80,000 public sector employees across the UK.
The move marks a significant step forward in Boundless’ B2B strategy following its recent partnership with V&A Dundee, where all 80 employees have been offered Boundless Plus membership as part of the museum’s employee value proposition.
Boundless Plus provides access to a broad range of lifestyle and wellbeing benefits, including cultural attractions, discounted experiences and savings on everyday leisure activities, helping employees make their free time go further.
The formalisation of Boundless’ partnership with the Charity for Civil Servants builds on a long-standing relationship spanning joint wellbeing initiatives, events and sector engagement.
As part of the agreement, Boundless Plus membership is now offered as an employee benefit to the charity’s workforce, with strong early engagement.

The two organisations plan to deepen collaboration throughout 2026, including a presence at Civil Service Live and involvement in the charity’s Mental Health Wellbeing event in October.

Boundless has also partnered with Each Person, meaning Boundless Plus membership is now available to the platform’s network of public sector employees across the NHS, education and local government.
Employees can redeem workplace reward points for an annual Boundless Plus membership, giving employers a flexible way to offer lifestyle and wellbeing benefits through existing reward infrastructure.
