Cape of Senses launches its first ever yoga wellness retreat: the Rest & Reset Retreat, running from 7th –10th November 2025

Curated to gently prepare the body and mind for the winter season, the Rest & Reset Retreat invites guests to disconnect from stress and reconnect with themselves through a thoughtfully designed programme of yoga, breathwork, meditation and holistic self-care.

Taking place in the tranquil setting of Cape of Senses - 240 metres above Lake Garda with panoramic views and serene natural surroundings, the retreat is a space to unwind and recharge ahead of the winter season.

A return to the elements

Throughout the retreat, guests will be gently guided to reconnect with yoga's five elements - earth, water, fire, air and space as symbolic anchors for inner balance. Whether it’s through movement, breath, stillness or reflection, each experience invites a deeper sense of presence, reminding us of our connection to nature and our own inner rhythms.

Led by Sandra Dal Santo

The retreat is led by Sandra Dal Santo, a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer whose personal journey from the corporate world to wellness deeply informs her teaching.

  • Nourishing seasonal meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
  • Daily yoga sessions - Kundalini and Hatha Yoga
