Your Old LEGO® Sets Could Be Worth Hundreds New UK Service Helps Fans Cash In

A new UK-based service is helping LEGO® fans uncover hidden value in their collections by paying cash for LEGO® sets, with boxed LEGO proving especially valuable.

WeBuyBricks has launched to simplify the process of selling LEGO® for cash, offering collectors a quick, hassle-free way to make money from sets they no longer use. With the LEGO® resale market booming, many people are sitting on surprisingly valuable bricks without realising it.

Recent examples from WeBuyBricks customers include:

• A used Star Wars UCS Millennium Falcon sold for over £650
• Retired LEGO® sets fetching 2–4x their original price
• One customer earned £900 from just three used sets
• The average seller pockets nearly £80 simply from decluttering

"We’re seeing a huge demand for retired LEGO® sets—especially from collectors and fans who missed out the first time around," said Ben Wadsowrth, Marketing Manager for WeBuyBricks. "People are often shocked to find out how much their old LEGO® is worth., especially when boxed. We make it easy to get a free quote and turn those bricks into cash."

WeBuyBricks is also appealing to those wanting a greener way to clear out clutter. By reselling and rehoming used LEGO® sets, the service encourages reuse and reduces waste, making it a smarter choice than throwing old sets in storage or landfill.

How It Works:

1. Visit www.webuybricks.co.uk and enter your set details
2. Receive a free quote within minutes
3. Accept the offer and send your LEGO® for free
4. Get paid directly into your bank account

With thousands of sets retired by LEGO® each year, and values increasing by over 300% in some cases, now is the perfect time for collectors and parents alike to take a fresh look at what’s hiding in their cupboards.

Your old LEGO® isn’t just plastic, it’s valuable. Don’t let it gather dust.

Why we’re passionate about the used LEGO® brick market

LEGO® toys are incredible and timeless, but it’s also one of the most durable plastics out there. While this makes it a fantastic investment for play and creativity, it also means discarded LEGO® parts can sit in landfill for centuries. WeBuyBricks was founded with a mission to make the used LEGO® bricks market more accessible, sustainable, and rewarding for sellers and buyers alike!
