Following multiple sell out UK and Irish dates the ultimate girls night out, 'Menopause the Musical' is embarking on more UK and Irish nationwide tours in spring 2019 with an all- star cast. Fully armed this fabulous comedy hosts a cast of hormonal women, memory loss one-liners and innuendo-laden versions of pop classics and the tour commences 5th February 2019 at The Eden Court, Inverness and continues with a further 57 venues around Scotland, Ireland, England and Wales. Tickets are now on sale.

Starring Cheryl Fergison (EastEnders Heather Trott), Maureen Nolan (The Nolans), Casualty’s Rebecca Wheatley and Hilary O’Neil (ITV Copy Cats), the hysterical Menopause The Musical has entertained and inspired women across the world since 2001. Menopausal or just in need of a laugh out loud kind of night, this show is a must see for all women.

This hilarious celebration of women and 'The Change', is an all-singing, all-dancing comedy bringing together four women at a department store sale, who on first appearance have nothing in common.  However, the sale of a black lace bra soon stimulates comical female heart-to-hearts on hot flushes, night sweats, memory loss, chocolate binges, not enough sex, too much sex and plastic surgery.

Cheryl Fergison

Londoner Cheryl is best known for her role as EastEnders’ George Michael super fan “Heather Trott” who met a grisly end at the hands of Ben Mitchell in 2012. A trained actress, she has made many stage appearances including a West End role in Man of the Moment at the Gielgud Theatre. Other theatre credits include Dance of Death, Measure for Measure, The Blue Angel and Robert Lindsay’s production of Cyrano De Bergerac. Cheryl has played many feature roles in TV Productions showcasing her perfect comedic timing – Benidorm, Little Britain, The IT Crowd, ‘Allo ‘Allo. She is no stranger to Feature Films with credits including Irvine Welsh’s Atlantic and the soon to be released A Bus Could Run You Over. Her celebrity appearances have revealed her funny, lovable and true down to earth nature - Celebrity Big Brother, Loose Women, Celebrity Come Dine with Me and Celebrity Juice. Not only can Cheryl make us laugh but can also entertain us with any of the 10 instruments she plays as a skilled musician.

Maureen Nolan

Maureen has been singing with her sisters since she was nine years old and together they became one of Europe’s first girl bands - The Nolans. The Nolans’ success is legendary, including phenomenal record sales worldwide, particularly in Japan where they sold more records than The Beatles! They have worked with some of the world’s most respected artists including Frank Sinatra, who they supported on his 1975 European Tour. In 1979 The Nolans went on to put an entire generation ‘In the Mood for Dancing’ with the release of their hit single and reunited in 2013 for the sell-out ‘I’m in the Mood Again’ tour. Maureen is also an accomplished actress and has played ‘Mrs Johnstone’ in Bill Kenwright’s award winning Blood Brothers in both the West End and on tour to critical acclaim. She was the fourth Nolan sister to play the role which has earned them entry into the Guinness Book of World Records. Throughout 2016 Maureen has been touring the UK playing ‘Vi Moore’ alongside 

Gareth Yates in Footloose The Musical, with her performances being described as “Superb”

 and “deeply emotional”.

Rebecca Wheatley

Rebecca is best known as the receptionist “Amy Howard” on Casualty. In 2009, she revealed an astonishing 12 stone weight loss. Proud of her achievement she embraced the role of “Barbara” in the one-woman West End show Big Pants and Botox. In complete contrast she then took up her axe as the iconic character “Annie Wilkes” in Stephen King’s Misery. Her acting career has seen her perform in many West End Musicals including Fame and Bad Girls The Musical. She even survived pantomime with Paul O’Grady’s Lily Savage at the Victoria Palace. Her television acting skills have been challenged as a porn movie producer, a bisexual nymphomaniac and as a buxom barmaid. Rebecca can be seen regularly as a presenter on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff and ITV’s Loose Women where she is happy to give her opinion loud and clear.

Hilary O’Neil

Hilary performs worldwide as a Comedienne, Impressionist & Singer.

 After training at Laine Theatre Arts her career began as a dancer working with Sir Ken Dodd at The Famous London Palladium. A venue she has proudly performed at 6 times! Her major TV break was on the hit TV impressionist series, Copycats, in which she appeared for 2 years. From there she appeared on numerous TV shows including The Royal Variety Show, Live from the Palladium, Summertime Special, Night of 100 Stars, 2 Freddie Starr Series, Des O’Connor Tonight, Celebrity Squares, and many more. Her West End credits include Acorn Antiques the Musical, written by Victoria Wood & directed by Sir Trevor Nunn in which Hilary appeared & understudied the roles of “Mrs Overall” and “Miss Babs” played by Julie Walters and Celia Imrie. She also co-starred in the musical Summer Holiday (West End & UK tour), the 60’s musical, Shout, & the Marx Brothers Comedy, Animal Crackers, at the Lyric Theatre. Hilary now headlines in her one woman show all over the world on Cunard, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Seabourn, Oceania, Regent, Holland America, Azamara, Cunard & P&O Cruise lines but always comes home to appear in Pantomime!... Oh yes she does! On UK tours, she has co -starred alongside Joe Longthorne, Joe Pasquale, Jim Davidson, Brian Conley, Richard Digance & Freddie Starr, even travelling to New Zealand & Australia to support Hale & Pace on their tour. Her work also took her to entertain the British Troops in Belize and The Falklands, plus two glorious UK tours of the musical Hot Flush with Lesley Joseph. Hilary is in demand for hosting or compering showbiz events & gala’s, one being for the Mane Chance charity, which she is now proud to be a Patron for, at The Theatre Royal Windsor, and most recently The Theatre Royal Haymarket, working alongside her friend and founder of the amazing charity actress, Jenny Seagrove.
