Adeptio Law Group strengthens team with senior appointment

The Adeptio Law Group has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Colin Jones as chief technology and innovation officer.

Colin, who has 26 years of senior leadership experience, will support the group’s continued expansion and its ambition to build the UK’s leading national legal services platform.

Adeptio chief executive Neil Lloyd said Colin brought high-level experience across private equity‑backed firms, PLCs and high‑growth SMEs and his appointment marked a significant step for the group.

Colin, who held previous board‑level roles which saw him lead large‑scale digital transformation programmes and business turnarounds, said Adeptio’s ambition was a key factor in his decision to join the group.

Colin’s appointment follows a period of significant momentum for Adeptio, including two acquisitions in 2026 and the expansion of its M&A team to support a growing pipeline of high‑quality regional firms.
